What: Call for a Special Meeting of the BOD

Place: Activity Building

Purpose of the Special BOD Meeting:
The first purpose of this meeting will be to consider approving funds for a second TV to be added to the Activity Building per the proposal by Audio Video Extremes. Since the last BOD meeting, the Activity Committee has come forward to provide $2,175 from activity funds to be used for this purpose. The contractor will reduce the overall cost of the TV installation labor by $125 if both proposals are approved and the install is scheduled at the same time. The BOD has already approved the proposal to improve the sound system.

The other purpose is to consider allowing Rich from All Four Seasons to cut down trees on Shareholder’s Leased Lots in the offseason, provided there are valid work permits submitted prior to October 1, 2025.
