with electricity & vinyl siding. Lawnmower, garden tools included. Parking in
the back and front of the unit. An 8 x 12 maintenance-free screen porch was added 2
years ago. The 8 x 12 deck is cedar with a sealer applied. There is a rubber roof
and aluminum awnings. A 2007 EZ GO electric golf cart has newer batteries & a
winter cover.
