Beautiful 2010 Kropf Island Series Park Model. This has been beautifully maintained and looks in new condition. The living room is all windows on two sides and overlooks the 4th fairway of the golf course (owners golf for free!!) All the appliances are full size, and the toilet is a standard house toilet, not an RV toilet. You can comfortably sleep 8 adults as there is a double loft that has plenty of headroom when sitting up. Or use the loft for the kids sleeping and play area, there are two closets for hanging clothes or storing items such as blankets, toys, anything you would like.
There is also a bedroom with a queen-size bed, two built-in closets, and a built-in dresser. The bed also lifts up (murphy style) as it is all storage underneath. There is so much storage in this park model that we have never used it all, the layout is great as no space was wasted when designing this.
We are the second owners; the first owners had this custom built with many upgrades. There is an electric fireplace for those chilly MN nights to cozy up to or have a bonfire in the backyard fire pit. Has central air plus an additional window a/c unit in the loft for those warmer MN days. There’s also a 14’ Cabana Screenhouse where you can enjoy the outdoors, bug-free or sit on the deck that is right off the living room.
